"Super merono to jest to"

Never received. Overview of return process.

"Never received these socks. Everything else in the order was correct but this particular pair were replaced by a micro crew uncushioned lifestyle sock. So a very different style of sock to the one I ordered. When I contacted customer support about this, I had to submit multiple photos showing all items in the order with packaging and was also told Darn Tough ‘tags’ would need to be visible in the photos (I assume they meant sock branding on the toes. ) I was then told I could ship the socks back so they could be replaced with the pair I actually ordered. A shipping label was generated by Darn Tough CS but I was unable to access it as it kept returning an error. When I raised this issue with CS, I was told it would be resolved shortly. That was two weeks ago. I’ve accepted I won’t be receiving the socks I ordered and instead am stuck with a pair I didn’t particularly need."
