"I LOVE my new socks so far. Took them out for their first hike this morning for 8 miles in the Augusta, GA heat and humidity. Now usually my socks are completely soaked by the time I am finished but today was a “game changer”!!! My feet were dry but more importantly my socks were dry! I could have cried, I have never had dry socks after a hike because I wasn’t wearing Darn Tough socks. I’m so in!!! They fit and feel perfect! "This was not my first micro crew sock purchase! Living in Florida, I love this micro crew sock which is slightly less heavy than the previous hiking socks I have purchased. My only issue is that I frequently get a small hole on the top of the sock up by the seam at the toe. Not sure why???? Thank for being such a great US made company!"

"I was talking to my daughter about my socks always causing some of my toes to hurt when walking or exercising. She gave me her used wool socks and what a difference, They stay in place and don't cause my toes to ache. They dry quickly after my long walks. They give me all day comfort. Q&A

What material is used for the elastic around the top? I have two pairs I wore for a while and was fine but recently have developed a rash around the elastic the last few times I wore these and realized it had to be the elastic. In all fairness I’ve become ultra sensitive and just want to know what new product I need to steer clear of.
Our socks don’t have elastic in the band. Instead, we use Lycra Spandex in the yarn itself, so it’s built into the entire sock for a comfortable stretch all over!
I wear a size 8.5 shoe. Should I order a size medium sock?
