If I have wide feet and a high instep and wear size 9.5 should I order a size large? Or a size medium? I need help on sizing. I wear an 8.5 or 9 shoe, but the size medium lifestyles socks are a little too small for me. I've never tried the hiking socks. Are the hiking socks bigger, or should I go up a size?: All of our Medium socks stretch to the same size. Since you find the Mediums too small, we recommend going up to the Large.
