"I got a delivery notice for delivery on 26th before 10:00pm. Tracking remained unchanged until 5th of the following month. No updates, no explanation. This the second time I’ve bought and the second time this has happened. The socks went from NL (in the EU) to the UK (not in EU) back to the EU again. Customer care thanked me for reaching out and never contacted me again to update. Can’t see myself buying again with this set up. -Thanks FedEx!"
