Less hair, yes indeed!

"I'm quite happy with these socks; they’re soft and provide a comfortable feel underfoot. They appear to be well-made, so I’m optimistic they’ll hold up for a good amount of time. I primarily purchased them because my previous pairs had issues with collecting hair, and these perform much better in that regard, as hair doesn't cling to them nearly as much."

Best Hiking Socks. Period. Period

"The best company and socks in the whole, wide world. Hands down. The warranty process is smooth and reliable. I highly recommend Darn Tough to all my hiking friends -- fortunately, I already see them up and down every trail I am on. Great company that you should definitely support. Kudos!"

— Brian H. (5/5)

Darn tough light hiker

"The material is pretty good, however I don’t like the fit. I’m a size 13 foot and the toe box on these socks is very tight. This causes my toes to be pinched together and there is no room to allow for natural foot movement as you walk. I think this causes your feet to fatigue faster while hiking. Overall I probably wouldn’t recommend these, maybe a different style would be better."

— Liam W. (3/5)

Defective?

"I really like these socks and was excited to get them. However, they have already gotten a very worn patch that will result in a hole, after only wearing them twice. I understand the lifetime warranty and will utilize it, but I would have thought they would have held up better. Perhaps I got a pair that was defective."

— Mike L. (3/5)

Very well fitting and comfortable

"Very well fitting and comfortable pair of socks. Good padding and as aswell great durability and breathability thanks to fabric choice. Would recommend buying multiple pairs"

— Emilio T. (4/5)

Excellent Summer Hiking Socks

"Hopefully these socks live up to the hype, only time will tell. They have a great amount of cushion, considering they are in the lightweight category. I have been using them for shorter hikes in warm summer mountain weather and they have been performing superbly."

— Steven G. (5/5)

Good but run big

"Great quality as always but these run sooo big. Holding this large against a men’s large of another style it was nearly a two inch difference. These went back"

— Emma W. (3/5)

Perfect sock to add to the collection.

"I have been wearing Darn Tough for years and love the quality and design. I am a men’s size 10 and had previously been ordering size large. This time I went with a medium and I like the fit better. If you like a tighter fit, I would size down instead of up if you are close to the size division. These are a great fit with good cushion, great for hiking or everyday wear."

— Devan M. (5/5)

Worth every dollar!

"I've been trying different shoes and insoles to mitigate hotspots and foot pain, but the Darn Tough socks seem to have solved most of these issues across all type of footwear. I wear a size 8 and ordered the Medium. they were a tad big straight out of the box but a ran a medium heat cycle to shrink them slightly and it fits like a glove now."

— Michael R. (5/5)

The best socks

"These socks are the best I have ever had. I’m 68 so I’ve tried many socks in my lifetime I first tried a pair a couple years ago and I was instantly hooked. Not I have 11 pairs of 1/4 and micro crews. Lightweight cushioned for the 1/4 and middle weight cushioned on the micro’s. They wear like iron. They don’t stink even after a few days. Plus a great warranty. Sure they are a bit pricey but you can’t skimp on quality."
