"Sock developed a hole after only wearing it twice. Submitted a warranty claim online and then began a long back/forth with customer service who made new demands each round including instructions to cut the sock in half and send photographic evidence. Did that only to now be told that I will only receive «points» rather than a replacement sock. Simply awful !"
