How much does one pair of these socks weigh and how long do they take to dry on a line (not in a dryer). Asking for a through hiking trip.: Hi Nancy! These socks weigh approximately 2.128 ounces each. When it comes to air drying, the time can vary depending on weather conditions, but we generally recommend allowing about 8 hours for them to fully dry. In the backcountry, we suggest gently pressing out excess moisture with your palms, then laying them on a rock or hanging them from a tent line to dry. If you hand wash them in the morning, a great trick is to attach them to the outside of your pack while you hike—they’ll dry as you go!
Are these the closest I can get to a THICK running sock? I need a no-show sock that is at least mid-weight. I don't see any here on the site.: Hi Laura!
