"Only about a month in so I can't vouch for the longevity yet - haven't had to test the lifetime warranty, touch wood - but they are properly comfortable, no question. They're snug going on, which caught me off guard the first time, felt a size too small, but they settle in fine and actually stay put all day instead of working their way down into your boot by lunchtime. Warm without turning your foot into a swamp, which I wasn't expecting from wool. Not cheap, not going to pretend otherwise. Too early to call it on cost-per-wear, but if they hold up the way everyone says they will, it's an easy trade. Ask me again in a year."
