"I was excited to receive these socks as I love striped socks. I was disappointed and really surprised when I received them because the entire back side off the sock that sits on in the back oh your heel/ankle was frayed and had threads sticking out all along the back. I sent DT an email & included a video of the socks and was told that type of sock “commonly has that characteristic” because of the type of sock it was. I don’t feel that is an adequate reply. I was offered an exchange. I asked if I exchanged them would another pair be the same way and I haven’t received a reply to that inquiry yet. First time I’ve ever been let down by this company."
