Phenomenal socks for running!

"These socks are fantastic. I’ve always worn longer socks such as crews my entire life and was skeptical about the shorter feel. However, these socks provided really good support for my feet when running and didn’t make my feet hot. A bonus was that I didn’t get blisters running in these socks either. The tab on the back also prevented the rubbing on the ankle’s backside as advertised. The lightweight feel is also noticeable in a good way especially when switching from generic brand socks."

Too Tight around Ankle

"Great socks But Too Tight Around the Ankle. I wear size 13 shoes; ordered XL socks. Ankle stretch was at its max with no more stretch to give so it constantly hurt the top of my ankle. Please add a 1/2" to 1" in the elasticity which would make the socks wearable and not dig into my ankle"

1039 (Solid Gray)

"These are the lightest weight, no-show, Merino wool socks in the Darn tough lineup, in my opinion. These are my preferred socks when I go walking or jogging in warmer weather. They are considerably lighter than the 1116, which I also use for walking/jogging, just in cooler conditions. They are somewhat similar to the 1990, to me. Which are my go to gym socks. Just with better breathability on top."

"My favorite No Show socks for running, hiking and casual wear(especially in warmer weather) . These socks didn't bunch up or slip off of my heel like some others i've tried. The cushion is a nice addition, and materials like merino wool are a no brainer for socks that you know you'll be active in. The only downside I could think of would be that they fit kinda tight on the first few wears, but after that they fit great."
