Perfect in winter boots for below freezing walks!

"I am a woman that has wears size 6. 5-7 and I got these as a promotional free pair when I bought my husband a handful of socks for his birthday. They’re my very first pair of Darn Tough socks and they’re amazing. I’ve been wearing them with winter hiking boots and between the socks and the boots, I haven’t had cold or wet feet in as low as 10 degrees Fahrenheit on my 5am morning walks in Northern New York. I thought that surely I’d need to buy mid weight for my cold walks, but I don’t! The best thing is that they last all week, because I only wear them an hour a day and they don’t stretch out or get smelly! I don’t know why, but to me the coolest thing is how they stay perfectly in place. They don’t stretch when I push my foot into my thick boot and they don’t pull off when I take my foot out of the boot. I’m particular about how my socks fit in shoes so this alone makes these socks worth it! I plan to buy a couple more pair to rotate, and then as my regular socks wear out, replacing those one at a time as well."
