"I bought these socks in preparation for a hiking trip to Utah. They worked out great. I wore both socks three consecutive days each. I detected no odor from day after day of wear and the comfort remained great. I was having some trouble with my hiking boots rubbing the inside of my foot and the extra thick cushion of the heavyweight socks worked out perfectly. The socks were shipped out quickly and the packaging was minimal. I can’t recommend these socks more highly. The Men's Boot Heavyweight Hunting Sock has a material composition of 79% Merino Wool, 19% Nylon, 2% Lycra® Spandex, vents on the top of the foot for added breathability, and is approximately 11" tall from heel to cuff. The Men's Mountaineering Micro Crew has 70% Merino Wool 28% Nylon 2% Lycra® Spandex, and is approximately 8.5" tall from heel to cuff.罹
I'm a field mechanic working outside for 10 to 16 hours a day. Winter time and steel toe boots will ruin your day quickly do these hold up and help keep your ties from freezing all day?

How thick are these socks? I bought a pair of Ugg boots for winter and I need thick sock because their width is d, but my feet fool loose in them.
