Manufacturing fault

"These feel great but they are nowhere near normal Darn Tough quality. I’ve now had a hole open up in the heel twice when pulling them on, exactly on the line where two colours meet. My shoes don’t rub and I’m not aggressive pulling them on - this is clearly a manufacturing issue."
